JEUNESSE

Executing a big move for a thriving brand

When an event outgrows its space, the move to a larger venue brings new possibilities, expectations, and challenges.

That was the case for JEUNESSE, one of the top direct sales brands in the world.  The company had always held its annual leadership conference (called “LEAD”) in a Las Vegas ballroom.  But it was time for a change.  It was time to transform LEAD into an arena experience.  It was time to invite Solomon Group to the challenge.

Our team had plenty to do in a short time.  LEAD 2017 would be held in the Mandalay Bay Events Center, which offered the space to create grander, more dynamic environments.  Solomon Group built a custom, multi-leveled stage designed for the recognition of Jeunesse associates.   Our fabrication team also created a pair of larger-than-life make-up mist bottles that were dramatically revealed on stage as part of a major product launch.

Solomon Group carefully considered every conceivable detail, from the printed graphics and high gloss floors on the stage, to full ADA compliance throughout the arena.  Rather than utilize projection, we outfitted the stage with high-res LED walls for brighter displays with more saturated colors.  This also allowed us to control and enhance contrast, which was crucial for accommodating the glow-in-the-dark entertainment booked for the show.

Additionally, JEUNESSE wanted to host a pair of parties for its attendees in a separate area of the arena.  We created a space and provided lighting, video, and audio services for both an after party and a product launch party, where associates sampled the items and used our custom, oversized bottles for photo ops.

Elevating LEAD from a ballroom event to an arena production required the full array of Solomon Group’s services.  From designing the floor plan to calling the show and everything in between, our team infused the event with technology, energy and fun.
