Solomon Group Named to the 2015 Inc. 5000

For the second year in a row, Solomon Group was named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The New Orleans entertainment design and production firm ranked No. 16 of the Top Media Companies, and No. 8 of the Top Louisiana Companies.

“We’re thrilled and honored to appear once again on the Inc. 5000,” said Solomon Group President / Co-Founder Gary Solomon Jr.  “No company can achieve such explosive growth without having the best people in the industry, and we do.  This is a testament to them as well as our amazing clients, who enable our growth by continuing to trust Solomon Group with their projects.”

The fast-rising company ranked #993 overall on Inc. Magazine’s annual list, which is now in its 34th year.

"The story of this year’s Inc. 5000 is the story of great leadership. In an incredibly competitive business landscape, it takes something extraordinary to take your company to the top,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “You have to remember that the average company on the Inc. 5000 grew nearly six-fold since 2012. Business owners don’t achieve that kind of success by accident."

Notable alumni of Inc. 5000 include Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Jamba Juice, Timberland, Clif Bar, Pandora, Patagonia and Oracle. The 2015 list added such powerhouses as Fitbit, Smashburger, Bowlmor AMF, Planet Fitness, Giftcards.com, Radio Flyer, Box and Mindbody.

The 2015 Inc. 5000 was unveiled online August 12th at Inc.com.  Complete results, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000.

Just two years ago, Gary Solomon Jr. was highlighted individually by Inc. Magazine when he was chosen as one of the "30 Under 30: World's Coolest Young Entrepreneurs” for his work leading and building the company.
